그리고 해남읍·마산면·산이면 주민 여러분!

먼저 저 민경매에게 아낌없는 성원과 지지를 보내주신 모든 군민 여러분께 깊은 감사의 말씀을 드립니다.

이번 당선은 결코 개인의 영광이 아닙니다.
군민 여러분께서 더 낮은 자세로 섬기고, 더 큰 책임감으로 일하라는 엄중한 명령이라 생각하며 무거운 마음으로 받아들이겠습니다.

선거기간 동안 현장에서 들려주신 소중한 말씀 하나하나를 가슴 깊이 새기고 있습니다.
지역 발전을 위한 다양한 제안과 군민 여러분의 바람을 의정활동에 충실히 반영하여 군민의 기대에 부응하겠습니다.

저는 3선 군의원으로서 그동안 쌓아온 경험과 전문성을 바탕으로 더욱 성숙한 의정활동을 펼쳐 나가겠습니다.
군민의 목소리를 가장 먼저 듣고, 가장 가까이에서 함께하며, 약속한 일은 반드시 실천하는 책임 있는 군의원이 되겠습니다.

아울러 저는 제10대 해남군의회 전반기 의장에 도전하고자 합니다.
의장은 단순한 직책이 아니라 군민의 뜻을 받들고 의회의 화합과 발전을 이끄는 막중한 자리라고 생각합니다.

3선 의원으로서의 풍부한 의정 경험과 경륜, 섬세한 정책 전문성, 그리고 소통과 협력의 리더십을 바탕으로 군민을 위한 의회, 집행부와 협력하며 견제하는 의회, 미래를 준비하는 의회를 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.

초심을 잃지 않겠습니다.
늘 군민 곁에서 함께 뛰겠습니다.
군민 여러분께서 보내주신 믿음과 기대에 행동으로 보답하겠습니다.
다시 한 번 보내주신 성원에 진심으로 감사드리며, 더욱 겸손하고 성실한 자세로 해남의 발전과 군민 행복을 위해 헌신하겠습니다.

Dear Citizens of Haenam,
And residents of Haenam-eup, Masan-myeon, and Sani-myeon,
First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the citizens who generously supported and placed their trust in me.
I do not regard this election victory as a personal honor. Rather, I accept it with a profound sense of responsibility as a solemn mandate from the people, urging me to serve with greater humility and dedication.
I will always remember the valuable advice, encouragement, and concerns shared with me throughout the election campaign. I am committed to reflecting your aspirations and proposals in my legislative activities and working tirelessly to meet your expectations.
As a third-term member of the Haenam County Council, I will build upon the experience, expertise, and knowledge I have accumulated over the years to provide more mature and effective public service. I pledge to listen to the voices of our citizens first, stay close to the people, and faithfully fulfill every promise I have made.
I would also like to announce my intention to seek the position of Speaker of the 10th Haenam County Council for its first half-term. I believe the Speaker's role is not merely a position of authority, but a significant responsibility entrusted with upholding the will of the people while fostering unity and progress within the council.
Drawing upon my extensive legislative experience, seasoned leadership, policy expertise, and commitment to communication and cooperation, I will do my utmost to build a council that serves the people, works constructively with the executive branch while maintaining proper oversight, and prepares Haenam for a brighter future.
I will never lose sight of my original commitment.
I will always stand with the people and work alongside you.
I will repay your trust and confidence through action, not words.
Once again, I sincerely thank you for your unwavering support. With humility, integrity, and dedication, I will continue to devote myself to the development of Haenam and the well-being of its citizens.
