해남군, 땅끝마을·영춘 골목형상점가 2곳 신규 지정!

해남군이 지역 소상공인과 주민 모두에게 실질적 혜택을 제공하기 위해 골목형상점가 2곳을 새로 지정했다.

이번에 추가 지정된 상점가는 송지면 땅끝마을 상점가와 옥천면 영춘 골목형상점가로, 총 76개 점포가 참여한다.

이로써 해남군의 골목형상점가는 모두 6곳으로 확대됐다.

골목형상점가는 2,000㎡ 이내 면적에 소상공인이 운영하는 점포가 10개 이상 밀집해 있는 구역을 대상으로 한다.

지정 신청 시 구역의 특성과 상가 규모 등을 종합 심사해 결정된다.

지정 상권은 온누리상품권 가맹등록과 정부·지자체 공모사업 참여 등 다양한 혜택을 받을 수 있다.

온누리상품권 가맹점을 이용하면 할인된 가격으로 식당 이용 및 물품 구매가 가능해 소비자에게 실질적인 혜택을 제공하고, 상인들은 매출 증대와 안정적 경영 기반 확보가 기대된다.

군 관계자는 “앞으로도 골목형상점가를 지속적으로 발굴하고 지원해 군민과 상인이 함께 웃을 수 있는 농어촌도시 해남을 만들어 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.

Haenam County Designates Two New Alley Shopping Districts in Ttangkkeut Village and Yeongchun
76 Stores Participate, Promotion of Onnuri Gift Certificate Usage
Haenam County has newly designated two alley shopping districts to provide tangible benefits to both local small business owners and residents.
The newly designated districts are Ttangkkeut Village Shopping District in Songji-myeon and Yeongchun Alley Shopping District in Okcheon-myeon, with a total of 76 participating stores.
With this addition, Haenam County now has a total of six alley shopping districts.
Alley shopping districts are areas of up to 2,000㎡ in size with at least 10 stores operated by small business owners in close proximity. Applications for designation are evaluated based on the characteristics of the area and the scale of the shopping district.
Designated districts are eligible for various benefits, including registration as Onnuri Gift Certificate merchants and participation in government and local public projects. Using Onnuri Gift Certificate-affiliated stores allows consumers to enjoy discounted meals and products, providing practical benefits, while merchants can expect increased sales and a stable business foundation.
A county official stated, “We will continue to discover and support alley shopping districts, creating a rural city in Haenam where both residents and merchants can prosper together.”
