해남교도소 교육교화팀장에 김상수 교감이 새로 부임했다.

김상수 신임 교육교화팀장은 목포교도소에서 근무하다가 7월 17일 자 인사에 따라 해남교도소로 자리를 옮겨 교육교화팀장 업무를 시작했다.

그동안 해남교도소 교육교화팀을 이끌어 온 송완희 교감은 이번 인사로 순천교도소로 보직이 변경됐다.

교육교화팀은 수용자의 인성교육과 상담, 교화프로그램 운영, 종교활동, 사회봉사와 출소 예정자의 사회복귀 지원 등 교정행정의 주요 업무를 담당한다. 지역 교정위원과 봉사단체 등 외부 자원과 협력해 수용자의 재범 방지와 안정적인 사회 정착을 지원하는 역할도 맡는다.

김상수 신임 교육교화팀장은 목포교도소에서 쌓은 교정행정 경험을 바탕으로 해남교도소의 교육·교화 업무를 이끌어갈 예정이다.

Kim Sang-su has been appointed as the new head of the Education and Rehabilitation Team at Haenam Correctional Institution.
Kim previously served at Mokpo Correctional Institution before being transferred to Haenam under a personnel appointment effective July 17. He has since begun his duties as head of the Education and Rehabilitation Team.
Song Wan-hee, who previously led the team at Haenam Correctional Institution, was reassigned to Suncheon Correctional Institution as part of the same personnel change.
The Education and Rehabilitation Team is responsible for key correctional services, including character-development education, counseling, rehabilitation programs, religious activities, community service, and assistance for inmates preparing to reenter society.
The team also works with correctional volunteers, civic organizations, and other community partners to help prevent recidivism and support inmates’ stable reintegration into society.
Drawing on his correctional administration experience at Mokpo Correctional Institution, Kim is expected to lead Haenam’s inmate education, rehabilitation, and social reintegration programs.
