추석을 앞두고 해남군이 지역경제 활성화를 위해 9월 한 달간 해남사랑상품권을 최대 15% 할인 판매한다.

지류 상품권은 구입 시 15% 즉시 할인되며, 카드·모바일(QR) 상품권은 구입 시 10% 할인에 결제 시 5%가 추가 적립된다.

이번 혜택은 해남사랑상품권 발행 이래 최대 할인율이다.

군은 국비를 지원받아 이번 행사를 마련했으며, 명절 소비를 촉진하고 침체된 경기 회복에 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

해남군 관계자는 “상품권이 지역 내 유통되면서 상권에 활력을 불어넣을 것.”이라며 “군민과 관광객 모두에게 실질적인 혜택이 돌아가길 바란다.”고 말했다.

특히 모바일(QR) 상품권은 실물카드 없이 간편하게 결제가 가능해 젊은 층과 관광객들의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다.

군은 모바일 가맹점 확대와 사용자 교육에도 적극 나서고 있다.

한편 해남군은 이번 특별 할인으로 9월 한 달간 약 180억 원 규모의 상품권 판매가 이뤄질 것으로 내다보고 있다.

Haenam-gun to offer 15% discount throughout September – the largest benefit ever
Ahead of the Chuseok holiday, Haenam-gun will promote local economic revitalization by offering up to 15% discounts on Haenam Love Gift Certificates throughout September.
Paper certificates will be sold at a 15% immediate discount, while card and mobile (QR) gift certificates will be available at a 10% discount upon purchase, with an additional 5% credited at payment.
This is the largest discount rate since the launch of Haenam Love Gift Certificates.
The county secured national funding to implement this special event, expecting it to encourage holiday spending and help boost the sluggish economy.
A Haenam-gun official stated, “We expect the circulation of gift certificates within the community to invigorate local businesses. We hope this program will provide tangible benefits to both residents and visitors.”
In particular, mobile (QR) gift certificates are gaining popularity among younger users and tourists as they can be used conveniently without a physical card. The county is actively working to expand mobile merchant participation and provide user education.
Meanwhile, Haenam-gun anticipates that this special Chuseok discount will generate approximately KRW 18 billion (180 billion won) in gift certificate sales during September alone.
