완도군, 2025년도 제4회 지방공무원 경력 경쟁 임용시험 시행 – 우수 인재 모집

이번 시험은 9급 공무원을 대상으로 하며, 직렬별 선발 예정 인원은 사서 1명, 녹지(조경) 1명, 시설(일반 토목) 4명, 시설(건축) 2명이다.

완도군은 2024년부터 도입한 인적성 검사를 활용하여 지원자의 직무 성향, 조직 적응력, 공직자로서의 의식 및 친절도를 사전에 평가하고, 면접 시 참고 자료로 활용한다.

이를 통해 군 조직에 적합한 우수 인재를 체계적으로 선발할 계획이다.

원서 접수는 9월 15일부터 19일까지 5일간 진행되며, 9월 27일 필기시험, 10월 2일 면접을 거쳐 최종 합격자가 발표될 예정이다.

Wando County will conduct the 4th 2025 Local Government Career Competitive Recruitment Exam to hire 8 new public officials.
This recruitment targets 9th-grade local government positions, with the following planned openings by field: 1 librarian, 1 green space (landscaping) specialist, 4 facility (general civil engineering) specialists, and 2 facility (architecture) specialists.
Since 2024, Wando County has been using an aptitude and personality assessment to evaluate applicants’ job suitability, organizational adaptability, and professionalism, including their service attitude. The results are used as reference materials during interviews, ensuring a systematic selection of candidates best suited for the county organization.
