청렴한 마음으로 맞이하는 한가위, 해남군이 앞장섭니다

해남군이 민족 고유의 명절 추석을 앞두고 ‘건전한 명절, 청렴한 해남’ 캠페인을 적극 추진하며 청렴문화 확산에 앞장서고 있다.

군은 우선 건전하고 올바른 명절 분위기 조성을 위해 ‘건전한 명절, 청렴한 해남’ 표어 카드를 제작해 전 직원이 개인 책상이나 업무용 모니터에 부착하도록 하여 캠페인의 의미를 되새기도록 했다.

특히 지난 1일에는 아침 출근길에 청렴 문구가 새겨진 우산과 거울을 출근하는 직원들에게 배부하며, 청렴 인사를 나누는 행사를 진행해 건강하고 건실한 명절문화를 확산시켰다.

명현관 해남군수는 “사소하게 여겼던 작은 행동 하나하나를 되돌아보며 청렴의 가치를 되새기는 계기가 되길 바란다.”며, “군수를 포함한 전 공직자가 한마음으로 청렴문화를 정착시켜 군민의 신뢰를 확보하고 건강한 공직풍토를 조성해 나가겠다.”고 강조했다.

한편 해남군은 청렴 골든벨 행사, 업무추진비 모니터링 강화, 1부서 1청렴시책 운영, 부패 사건 징계 및 처벌 사례 홍보게시판 상시 운영 등 다양한 청렴 정책을 통해 더욱 투명하고 신뢰받는 행정을 실현해 나가고 있다.

Welcoming Chuseok with Integrity — Haenam County Takes the Lead
Haenam County Launches Campaign for a Clean and Ethical Holiday Season
Ahead of Korea’s traditional Chuseok holiday, Haenam County is actively promoting the “Clean Holiday, Integrity in Haenam” campaign, leading efforts to foster a culture of transparency and integrity.
To encourage a wholesome and upright holiday atmosphere, the county has produced “Clean Holiday, Integrity in Haenam” slogan cards, which all public officials have placed on their desks or office computer monitors as a daily reminder of the campaign’s message.
On October 1, the county also held a special event during the morning commute, distributing umbrellas and mirrors imprinted with integrity slogans to employees and exchanging greetings of integrity, thereby spreading a culture of honest and responsible holiday practices.
Haenam County Mayor Myeong Hyun-gwan stated,
“I hope this will serve as an opportunity for everyone to reflect on the value of integrity in even the smallest actions.Together with all public officials, we will work to firmly establish a culture of integrity in the workplace, earn the trust of residents, and build a healthy and ethical public service environment.”
Meanwhile, Haenam County is strengthening transparency in governance through a range of initiatives, including the Integrity Golden Bell quiz event, enhanced monitoring of official expense usage, the ‘One Department, One Integrity Initiative’, and the operation of information boards publicizing disciplinary and penalty cases related to corruption — all aimed at achieving more transparent and trustworthy local administration.
