해남군, 2026년 하수도 정비사업 국비 171억 원 확보

이번 신규 사업은 송지 어란지구와 마산 안정지구 2곳으로, 총 334억 원이 투입된다.

송지 어란지구에는 총사업비 54억 5,500만 원이 투입돼 하루 140㎥를 처리할 수 있는 하수처리장과 3.58km의 하수관로가 설치된다.

291가구에 배수설비도 갖춰져 농어촌 마을의 위생환경이 크게 개선될 전망이다.

마산 안정지구에는 136억 4,800만 원이 투입돼 하루 100㎥ 처리 규모의 하수처리장과 10.598km의 하수관로를 비롯해 312가구에 배수설비가 정비된다.

군은 내년 설계에 착수하고, 2027년부터 본격 공사에 들어가 사업을 차질 없이 추진할 계획이다.

하수도 정비사업은 농어촌 지역 주민들이 깨끗하고 쾌적한 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 돕는 핵심 인프라 구축 사업으로, 정주여건 개선과 주민 건강 증진에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

해남군은 이번 신규사업 외에도 화원 화봉·송지 영평 하수관로 정비, 구산·징의·마고, 화산 해창, 북일 갈두, 화산 대지, 삼산 신기 농어촌마을 하수도 정비 및 해남읍 외 4개소 노후관로 정비 등 계속사업도 속도감 있게 추진하고 있다.

군 관계자는 “하수도 정비사업은 깨끗한 물 환경을 조성해 농어촌 지역의 생활환경을 눈에 띄게 개선하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다.”며 “앞으로도 국비 확보와 체계적인 사업 추진으로 주민의 삶의 질을 향상에 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

Haenam County Secures KRW 17.1 Billion in National Funding for 2026 Sewerage Improvement Project
Total Investment of KRW 33.4 Billion – New Projects in Songji Eoran and Masan Anjeong Districts
Haenam County has secured KRW 17.1 billion in national government funding for its 2026 sewerage improvement projects, accelerating efforts to enhance the living environment in rural areas.
The new projects will be implemented in two districts – Songji Eoran and Masan Anjeong – with a total investment of KRW 33.4 billion.
In the Songji Eoran district, KRW 5.455 billion will be invested to build a wastewater treatment plant capable of processing 140㎥ per day, along with 3.58 kilometers of sewer pipelines. Drainage facilities will also be installed for 291 households, significantly improving sanitary conditions in the rural community.
In the Masan Anjeong district, KRW 13.648 billion will be allocated to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a daily capacity of 100㎥, install 10.598 kilometers of sewer pipelines, and improve drainage systems for 312 households.
The county plans to begin design work next year and start full-scale construction in 2027, ensuring smooth project implementation.
The sewerage improvement initiative is a key infrastructure project aimed at enabling residents in rural areas to live in a cleaner and more comfortable environment. It is expected to make a significant contribution to improving settlement conditions and promoting public health.
In addition to the newly approved projects, Haenam County is steadily advancing other ongoing sewerage projects, including the Hwabong and Yeongpyeong projects in Songji, as well as projects in Gusan, Jingui, Mago, Hwasan Hae-chang, Bukil Galdu, Hwasan Daeji, Samsan Singi rural village sewerage, and the renovation of aging sewer pipelines in Haenam-eup and four other areas.
A county official stated:
“The sewerage improvement projects will play a vital role in creating a clean water environment and significantly improving living conditions in rural areas. We will continue to secure national funding and pursue systematic implementation to further enhance the quality of life for our residents.”
