완도사랑상품권 할인율 15%로 상향! 경제 활성화 기대

완도군은 군민 생활 안정과 지역 경제 회복을 위해 9월부터 12월까지 4개월간 완도사랑상품권 할인율을 기존 10%에서 15%로 상향한다고 밝혔다.

또한 연간 구매 한도는 500만 원에서 600만 원으로 확대되며, 월 구매 한도는 기존과 동일하게 50만 원으로 유지된다.

현재 완도사랑상품권은 지류(선 할인)와 모바일(캐시백 적립) 두 가지 형태로 운영되고 있으며, 음식점·전통시장·병원·학원·미용실 등 관내 2,557개 가맹점에서 사용 가능하다.

군 관계자는 “이번 할인율 상향으로 추석과 연말연시 소비가 많은 시기에 군민의 가계 부담을 덜고, 지역 내 소비 촉진을 통해 소상공인 매출 증대에 크게 기여할 것.”이라며 “특히 9~10월 지급되는 민생 회복 소비쿠폰 2차 지원과 맞물려 지역경제 활성화 효과가 더욱 커질 것으로 기대된다.”고 전했다.

완도군은 상품권 부정 유통 방지를 위한 점검을 강화하고, 군민들이 편리하게 상품권을 활용할 수 있도록 적극적인 홍보를 추진할 계획이다.

Wando Love Gift Certificates Discount Raised to 15%! Boosting the Local Economy
― Annual purchase limit increased to 6 million KRW, supporting small business sales growth ―
Wando County announced that, in an effort to stabilize household finances and revitalize the local economy, the discount rate on Wando Love Gift Certificates will be raised from 10% to 15% for four months, from September to December.
In addition, the annual purchase limit will be increased from 5 million KRW to 6 million KRW, while the monthly purchase limit will remain unchanged at 500,000 KRW.
Currently, Wando Love Gift Certificates are available in two forms—paper certificates (discount applied at purchase) and mobile certificates (cashback rewards)—and can be used at about 2,557 affiliated stores across the county, including restaurants, traditional markets, hospitals, academies, and beauty salons.
A county official stated, “With the increased discount rate, households will be able to ease their financial burden during the peak spending seasons of Chuseok and year-end, while local consumption will help boost small business sales. In particular, with the second round of livelihood recovery consumption coupons being distributed in September and October, the ripple effect on the economy is expected to be even greater.”
Wando County plans to strengthen inspections to prevent illegal distribution of the certificates and actively promote the program so that residents can use them more conveniently.
