재미와 교육을 동시에! ‘청렴 라이브 콘서트’ 성료

해남군은 28일 해남문화예술회관 대 공연장에서 공직자 400여 명을 대상으로 ‘청렴 라이브 콘서트’를 열고, 청렴 문화 확산과 공직사회 신뢰도 제고를 위한 교육을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 단순한 강의 중심에서 벗어나 문화 공연과 음악, 체험이 어우러진 ‘문화형 청렴교육’으로 마련돼 참가자들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.

행사에는 해남군청 공직자는 물론 교육·국방·경찰·세무·교정·소방·우정 분야 유관기관 공직자들과 국민건강보험공단 해남진도지사 임직원 등도 함께하며 의미를 더했다.

사전행사에서는 북 공연과 대붓 캘리그라피로 ‘청렴한 당신이 해남의 미래입니다.’라는 메시지를 전달하며 청렴 분위기를 북돋았다.

이어 가수 여행스케치와 전 써니힐 멤버 은주가 ‘해남 청렴송’을 함께 부르며 교육장의 분위기를 한층 끌어올렸다.

본 교육은 ‘세상을 바꾸는 시간 15분’에 출연한 바 있는 신민섭 강사(전 국민권익위원회 청탁금지법 상담팀장)의 강연으로 이어졌다.

갑질 근절, 청탁금지법, 이해충돌방지법, 공직자 행동강령 등 주요 청렴 법령을 쉽고 알차게 풀어내며 교육 효과를 높였다.

명현관 해남군수는 “청렴은 어렵고 불편한 것이 아니라, 군민의 신뢰를 높이고 행정의 효율성을 강화하는 효과적인 길”이라며 “오늘 교육을 통해 청렴의 씨앗이 공직자 마음속에 자리 잡아 건강한 열매로 이어지길 기대한다.”고 말했다.

한편 해남군은 건전명절 캠페인, 청렴 주의보 발령, 청렴 서한문 발송, 청렴 골든벨 개최, 업무추진비 모니터링 강화 등 다양한 정책을 추진하며 투명하고 깨끗한 청렴 행정을 실현해 나가고 있다.

Fun and Learning Together! “Integrity Live Concert” Concludes Successfully
Haenam-gun promotes cultural integrity education to raise awareness among public officials
Haenam-gun held the “Integrity Live Concert” on the 28th at the Haenam Culture & Arts Center Grand Theater, providing integrity education to more than 400 public officials with the goal of spreading a culture of integrity and enhancing public trust in government.
Unlike traditional lecture-based training, this program combined cultural performances, music, and interactive activities, making it a “cultural-style integrity education” that received an enthusiastic response from participants.
In addition to Haenam County officials, the event was joined by public officials from related agencies in the fields of education, national defense, police, taxation, corrections, firefighting, postal services, as well as staff members of the Haenam-Jindo branch of the National Health Insurance Service, adding to the significance of the event.
The pre-event program featured a drum performance and large brush calligraphy presenting the message “Your integrity is the future of Haenam”, setting a strong tone for the occasion. This was followed by a performance of the “Haenam Integrity Song” by the band Travel Sketch and former Sunny Hill member Eunju, further engaging the audience.
The main lecture was delivered by Shin Min-seop, a former team leader of the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission’s Improper Solicitation Act Consultation Team, who also appeared on “15 Minutes to Change the World.” His engaging talk covered key integrity-related regulations such as the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and the Code of Conduct for Public Officials, effectively enhancing the educational impact.
Haenam County Mayor Myunghyeon Kwan stated, “Integrity should not be regarded as something difficult or inconvenient, but as an effective and practical way to earn the trust of our residents and improve administrative efficiency. I hope today’s training plants the seeds of integrity in the hearts of our public officials so that they may grow into healthy and fruitful results.”
Meanwhile, Haenam-gun continues to promote various integrity policies such as the Clean Holiday Campaign, Integrity Advisories, Integrity Letters, Integrity Golden Bell Quiz, and strengthened monitoring of official business expenses in order to build a more transparent and accountable local government.
