해남군의회가 오는 10월 19일 제10대 의회 첫 군정질문을 앞두고 주요 군정 현안과 사업 추진 상황을 점검하며 질문 준비에 나섰다.

해남군의회(의장 민경매)는 9월 30일 보도자료를 통해 의원들이 의정활동 과정에서 수집한 자료와 군민 의견을 바탕으로 주요 사업의 성과와 문제점을 세부적으로 확인하고 있다고 밝혔다.

제354회 해남군의회 임시회는 10월 12일부터 21일까지 10일간 열린다. 이번 회기에서는 조례안과 일반안건을 심의하고, 2027년도 정기분 공유재산관리계획안을 심사한다. 군정질문은 19일 진행될 예정이다.

군정질문에서는 인구감소 대응과 지역균형 발전, 농어업 경쟁력 강화, 생활여건 개선, 복지·교육 지원 확대, 지역경제 회복 방안 등 군정 전반의 현안이 다뤄질 전망이다.

의원들은 군민들의 관심이 높은 사안과 개선이 필요한 사업을 중심으로 추진 과정과 성과를 살피고, 향후 발전방안을 검토하며 질문을 준비하고 있다.

민경매 의장은 “제10대 의회 첫 군정질문인 만큼 군민들이 궁금해하는 사항과 개선이 필요한 부분을 짚을 수 있도록 충실히 준비하고 있다.”며 “모든 의원이 참여해 주요 현안을 함께 점검하고 실질적인 해결책을 찾는 자리가 되었으면 한다.”고 말했다.

Haenam County Council is reviewing key local issues and the progress of major projects ahead of its first questioning session with the county administration in its 10th term, scheduled for October 19.
In a press release issued on September 30, the council, chaired by Min Gyeong-mae, said its members were closely examining the achievements and shortcomings of major projects using materials gathered through their legislative activities and feedback from residents.
The council’s 354th extraordinary session will run for 10 days, from October 12 to 21. During the session, members will deliberate on proposed ordinances and other agenda items and review the proposed regular public property management plan for 2027. Questions to the county administration are scheduled for October 19.
The questioning is expected to cover a broad range of county affairs, including responses to population decline, balanced regional development, stronger agricultural and fisheries competitiveness, improved living conditions, expanded welfare and education support, and measures to revive the local economy.
Council members are preparing their questions by examining the implementation and results of projects that draw strong public interest or require improvement, while considering future development measures.
“As this will be the first questioning session of the council’s 10th term, we are preparing thoroughly to address matters residents want answers to and areas that need improvement,” Chair Min Gyeong-mae said. “I hope all members will participate so that we can review key issues together and find practical solutions.”
