영산강유역환경청(청장 김영민)이 환경·에너지 분야 청년 인재 양성을 위한 실무형 진로 지원 프로그램 운영에 나선다.
영산강유역환경청은 관내 환경·에너지 전공자와 취업준비생을 대상으로 ‘2026년 e-사람 인재양성 프로그램’ 참가 희망자 약 40명을 오는 5월 13일부터 29일 오후 6시까지 선착순 모집한다고 밝혔다.
참가 신청은 네이버폼을 통해 가능하며, 지원자가 많을 경우 관련 학과 졸업생과 고학년 재학생을 우선 선발할 예정이다.
최종 참가자로 선정되면 프로그램은 오는 7월 27일부터 31일까지 5일간 광주광역시에 위치한 전남대학교에서 진행된다.
‘e-사람 인재양성 프로그램’은 환경·에너지 분야에 관심 있는 청년들에게 현장 중심의 진로 탐색과 취업 역량 강화 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련된 과정이다.
특히 단순한 이론교육을 넘어 실제 사업장을 직접 견학하고 현직 재직자와 소통하는 방식으로 운영돼, 참가자들이 산업 현장을 이해하고 스스로 맞춤형 진로 방향을 설정할 수 있도록 돕는 것이 특징이다.
올해 프로그램에는 참가자 만족도와 수요를 반영해 실질적인 취업 준비 과정도 대폭 강화됐다.
주요 과정은 ▲환경·에너지 공공기관 직무 설명회 ▲AI 면접 특강 ▲에너지·환경 사업장 견학 및 현직자 멘토링 ▲포트폴리오 작성 ▲모의면접 등으로 구성된다.
교육을 수료한 참가자에게는 수료증이 수여되며, 우수 참가자에게는 기관장 상장도 수여할 계획이다.
김영민 영산강유역환경청장은 “e-사람 청년인재 육성 프로그램은 청년들이 취업 준비에 필요한 역량을 키울 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련된 우리 기관만의 전통이자 특화된 과정”이라며 “청년들이 꿈을 키우고 성장할 수 있는 소중한 기회가 되길 바란다.”고 말했다.

Yeongsan River Basin Environmental Office (Commissioner Kim Young-min) is launching a hands-on career support program aimed at nurturing young talent in the environment and energy sectors.
The office announced that it will recruit approximately 40 participants for the “2026 e-Saram Talent Development Program” from May 13 to May 29 at 6:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. The program is open to students majoring in environment and energy-related fields, as well as job seekers interested in the sectors.
Applications can be submitted through a Naver Form, and in the event of high demand, priority will be given to graduates and senior-year students from relevant academic departments.
The selected participants will attend the five-day program from July 27 to July 31 at Chonnam National University in Gwangju.
The “e-Saram Talent Development Program” was designed to provide young people interested in environment and energy industries with opportunities for field-oriented career exploration and employment competency enhancement.
Rather than focusing solely on classroom lectures, the program emphasizes direct visits to industrial sites and active communication with professionals currently working in the field. This allows participants to better understand the industry and establish personalized career paths.
Reflecting feedback and satisfaction surveys from previous participants, this year’s program has significantly expanded its practical job-preparation curriculum.
Major components of the program include ▲job briefings by public institutions in the environment and energy sectors ▲AI interview training ▲site visits and mentoring sessions with industry professionals ▲portfolio development ▲mock interviews.
Participants who complete the program will receive certificates of completion, while outstanding participants will be awarded commendations from the head of the institution.
Commissioner Kim Young-min stated, “The e-Saram Youth Talent Development Program is a long-standing and specialized initiative unique to our office, designed to help young people strengthen the competencies needed for employment preparation,” adding, “We hope this program will provide valuable opportunities for young people to pursue their dreams and grow.”
