전라남도가 임산부와 난임 부부, 영유아의 건강한 식생활을 지원하고 친환경농산물 소비를 확대하기 위해 총 24억 원 규모의 ‘친환경농산물 꾸러미 지원 사업’을 본격 추진한다.

이번 사업은 친환경농산물 인증을 받은 신선농산물과 축산물, 가공식품 등으로 구성된 꾸러미를 1인당 연 48만 원 상당으로 지원하는 것이 핵심이다.
이 가운데 자부담은 9만6천 원이며, 나머지는 도비로 지원된다.

지원 대상은 임산부, 난임부부, 가정보육 영유아 가정이다.

임산부는 전남 22개 시군에 주소를 두고 신청일 현재 임신 중이거나 2025년 1월 1일 이후 출산한 산모가 해당된다.
전라남도는 사업비 14억4천만 원을 투입해 3천 명을 지원할 계획이다.

신청을 희망하는 임산부는 출생증명서 또는 임신확인서 등 증빙서류를 갖춰 2월 13일까지 주소지 읍·면·동사무소에 신청하면 된다.

난임 부부 지원은 사업비 2억4천만 원 규모로 500명을 대상으로 한다. 지역 보건소에서 발급한 난임 부부 시술비 지원결정 통지서를 통해 신청할 수 있으며, 거주지 시군 보건소에 방문하거나 팩스·이메일로 개별 접수하면 된다.

영유아 지원은 어린이집·유치원·종일제 아이돌봄서비스를 이용하지 않는 가정보육 영유아 가정이 대상이다.
사업비 7억2천만 원으로 1천500명을 지원하며, 가족관계증명서 등 관련 서류를 갖춰 주소지 읍·면·동사무소에 신청하면 된다.

사업 대상자로 확정되면 전남도가 운영하는 온라인 쇼핑몰 남도장터(https://jnmall.kr) 내 ‘친환경농산물 전용관’을 통해 꾸러미를 주문할 수 있다.
월 4회 이내(연 16회), 회당 3만 원 이상 주문 시 가정으로 배송된다.

김영석 전남도 친환경농업과장은 “친환경농산물 꾸러미 지원 사업은 만족도 조사에서 86%의 높은 평가를 받았다.”며 “미래세대의 건강을 지키는 안전한 먹거리 공급과 친환경농산물 소비 확대를 위해 지속적으로 지원하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

한편, 이번 사업 신청 접수는 2월 13일까지 진행된다.

Jeonnam Province to Provide KRW 2.4 Billion in Eco-Friendly Produce Boxes for Pregnant Women, Infertile Couples, and Infants
Jeonnam Province has launched a KRW 2.4 billion “Eco-Friendly Agricultural Produce Box Support Program” to promote healthy diets for pregnant women, infertile couples, and infants, while expanding consumption of eco-friendly farm products.
Under the program, eligible beneficiaries will receive eco-friendly certified fresh produce, livestock products, and processed foods worth KRW 480,000 per person per year. Of this amount, KRW 96,000 is self-paid, with the remainder subsidized by the province.
Eligible recipients include pregnant women, infertile couples, and households raising infants at home.
Pregnant women must be residents of one of Jeonnam’s 22 cities and counties and be currently pregnant at the time of application or have given birth on or after January 1, 2025. Jeonnam Province plans to support 3,000 women with a budget of KRW 1.44 billion. Applicants must submit supporting documents—such as a birth certificate or pregnancy confirmation—to their local eup, myeon, or dong administrative office by February 13.
Support for infertile couples will be provided to 500 recipients with a budget of KRW 240 million. Applications can be made using the Infertility Treatment Cost Support Decision Notice issued by local public health centers. Applications may be submitted in person, by fax, or by email to the relevant city or county public health center.
Support for infants applies to home-care households that do not use childcare centers, kindergartens, or full-day childcare services. A budget of KRW 720 million will support 1,500 households. Applicants must submit required documents, including a family relationship certificate, to their local eup, myeon, or dong office.
Once selected, beneficiaries can order eco-friendly produce boxes through the “Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products Section” of Namdo Jangteo (https://jnmall.kr
), the online shopping platform operated by Jeonnam Province. Orders can be placed up to four times per month (16 times per year), with a minimum order of KRW 30,000 per delivery, and will be delivered directly to homes.
Kim Young-seok, Director of Jeonnam Province’s Eco-Friendly Agriculture Division, said, “The eco-friendly produce box support program recorded a high satisfaction rate of 86% in surveys,” adding, “We will continue to expand support to provide safe food for future generations and increase consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products.”
Applications for the program will be accepted through February 13.
