해남소방서(서장 박춘천)는 3일 오전 본서 서장실에서 소방경 승진 소방공무원에 대한 임용장 수여식을 진행했다고 밝혔다.
이번 수여식은 박춘천 서장을 비롯해 각 과장과 팀장 등이 참석한 가운데, 승진 공무원의 노고를 격려하고 지속적인 자기 개발과 책임감을 독려하기 위해 마련됐다.
승진 대상자인 최정호 소방위는 그동안 해남군민의 생명과 재산 보호를 위해 다양한 현장 대응과 업무 수행에 힘써 왔으며, 조직 내에서 성실함과 리더십을 인정받아 소방경으로 승진했다.
박춘천 서장은 이날 자리에서 “경 계급은 단순한 승진이 아니라, 조직의 리더로서 새로운 책임을 부여받는 의미 있는 자리”라며 “맡은 역할을 성실히 수행해 국민의 안전을 위해 더욱 힘써주길 바란다.”고 강조했다.
이번 임용장 수여식은 소방공무원으로서의 사명감을 되새기고, 조직의 새로운 리더로서의 출발을 공식적으로 알리는 뜻깊은 자리로 평가됐다.

“Rise as a Leader of the Organization!” — Haenam Fire Station Holds Appointment Ceremony for Promoted Chief Fire Inspector
Haenam Fire Station (Chief Park Chun-cheon) announced that on the morning of the 3rd, an appointment ceremony was held in the Chief’s office for a fire officer promoted to the rank of Chief Fire Inspector.
The ceremony was attended by Chief Park, as well as department heads and team leaders, and was organized to recognize the efforts of the promoted officer while encouraging continuous self-development and a strong sense of responsibility.
The promotee, Fire Lieutenant Choi Jeong-ho, has dedicated himself to protecting the lives and property of Haenam residents through various on-site responses and duties. His diligence and leadership within the organization were recognized, earning him promotion to Chief Fire Inspector.
At the ceremony, Chief Park emphasized, “The rank of Chief Fire Inspector is not merely a promotion, but a meaningful position that entrusts you with new responsibilities as a leader within the organization. I hope you carry out your duties faithfully and continue to strive for the safety of the public.”
The appointment ceremony was regarded as a significant occasion to reaffirm the sense of duty as a fire officer and officially mark the beginning of a new chapter as a leader within the organization.
