해남군이 고향사랑기부제 기부금으로 운영되는 지정기부사업으로 내년 추진할 5대 군민체감형 사업을 최종 선정했다고 17일 밝혔다.
선정된 사업은 취약계층 무인라면카페 운영 ‘해남이 친구라면’, 주거환경 개선 지원 ‘사랑과 희망나눔 땅끝희망클린카’, 성인 문해교육 지원 ‘배움꾸러미’, 결혼이민여성 디지털 자립·성장 프로젝트, 출산가정 맞춤형 지원 ‘해남아이 함께 키움 프로젝트’ 등이다.
특히 ‘해남이 친구라면’ 사업은 해남종합사회복지관 내 무인라면카페를 설치, 누구나 간단한 이용일지를 작성하면 즉석 라면조리기를 활용해 한 끼 식사를 해결할 수 있도록 한다.
이 사업은 급박한 고립위기에 놓인 취약계층에게 실질적인 도움을 제공하며, 라면과 반찬은 주민 기부를 통해 마련된다. 모금 목표액은 1,300만 원이다.
‘땅끝 희망 클린 카 운영’은 청소·방역서비스가 필요한 취약가구를 지원하며, ‘배움 꾸러미 지원’은 성인 문해학교 학생들에게 필기구 등 학용품을 제공한다.
또한 결혼이민여성 대상 IT 직업훈련을 제공하는 ‘결혼이민자 디지털 자립·성장 프로젝트’와 출산가정 맞춤형 지원을 제공하는 ‘해남아이 함께키움 프로젝트’도 본격 시행된다.
고향사랑기부제 지정기부사업은 2026년부터 본격 모금을 시작하며, 희망자는 원하는 사업을 지정해 기부할 수 있다.
해남군은 지난해에도 고독사 위기가구 조기발견 ‘안심앱’ 운영, 의료급여수급권자 냉장고 지원, 돌봄공동체 및 공동육아나눔터 운영 지원, 청소년 뮤지컬 학교폭력 예방교육 등 4건의 지정기부사업을 성공적으로 완료한 바 있다.
군 관계자는 “고향사랑기부금은 출향인과 해남을 사랑하는 분들의 마음이 모인 소중한 자산”이라며 “군민 삶에 실질적인 변화를 가져올 수 있는 사업을 지속적으로 발굴하고, 더 많은 관심과 참여를 이끌어내겠다.”고 말했다.

Haenam-gun Gives Wings to Residents’ Happiness with Hometown Love Donations!
Five Community-Oriented Projects Selected, Including ‘Unmanned Ramen Café’
Haenam-gun announced on the 17th that it has finalized the selection of five community-focused projects to be implemented next year using designated donations from the Hometown Love Donation Program.
The selected projects include: the unmanned ramen café for vulnerable groups ‘If Haenam Were a Friend’, housing improvement support ‘Ttangkkeut Hope Clean Car’, adult literacy support ‘Learning Kit’, Digital Self-Reliance and Growth Project for Married Immigrant Women, and the tailored support initiative ‘Raising Haenam Kids Together Project’ for families with newborns.
Notably, the ‘If Haenam Were a Friend’ project will establish an unmanned ramen café at the Haenam Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, where anyone can prepare a quick meal using an instant noodle cooker by simply filling out a short usage log.
This initiative provides practical assistance to vulnerable residents facing urgent isolation, with ramen and side dishes supplied through community donations. The fundraising target is 13 million KRW.
The ‘Ttangkkeut Hope Clean Car’ project offers cleaning and disinfection services for households in need, while the ‘Learning Kit’ project provides stationery and other learning materials to adult literacy school students.
Additionally, the Digital Self-Reliance and Growth Project for Married Immigrant Women provides customized IT job training, and the ‘Raising Haenam Kids Together Project’ offers tailored support for families with special needs, including medical expenses for newborns.
Designated donation projects under the Hometown Love Donation Program will begin full-scale fundraising in 2026, allowing donors to select the projects they wish to support.
Last year, Haenam-gun successfully completed four designated donation projects, including the Safety App for early detection of high-risk isolated households, Refrigerator Support for medical benefit recipients, support for Community Care and Shared Childcare Spaces, and Youth Musical Programs for school violence prevention.
A Haenam-gun official said, “Hometown love donations are a valuable resource, reflecting the hearts of former residents and those who love Haenam. We will continue to develop projects that bring tangible changes to residents’ lives and encourage broader interest and participation.”
