해남군은 지난 13일 군청 상황실에서 청렴군민감사관 간담회를 개최하고, 지난 7년간의 군정 성과를 공유하는 한편 청렴군민감사관 운영 현황과 협조 사항을 논의했다.
이번 간담회는 군정 주요 정책성과를 군민과 나누고, 청렴군민감사관 제도를 보다 내실 있게 운영하기 위해 마련됐다.
간담회에는 명현관 군수와 14개 읍면 청렴군민감사관 15명이 참석해 군민이 체감할 수 있는 청렴 행정 구현 방안에 대한 다양한 의견을 교환했다.
청렴군민감사관 제도는 행정현장 모니터링 강화, 불합리한 제도 개선 건의, 민원 현장 점검, 청렴문화 확산 활동 등 민관 협력으로 운영되며, 감사관들의 의견은 군정에 적극 반영되어 행정 투명성과 신뢰성을 높이는 데 기여하고 있다.
간담회에서는 앞으로 감사관들과의 협조를 강화하고, 군민 눈높이에 맞춘 군정 개선과 정책 발전에 기여할 수 있는 실질적인 감사관 제도를 운영하기로 했다.
또한, 적극행정 우수사례 발굴 등에도 감사관들의 협력을 당부했다. 군은 청렴군민감사관이 단순한 감시자가 아니라, 군민과 함께 군정을 발전시키는 동반자적 역할을 수행해 줄 것을 강조했다.
명현관 해남군수는 “청렴군민감사관 제도는 군민이 직접 군정에 참여해 행정 신뢰도를 높이는 중요한 제도”라며 “앞으로도 감사관 여러분의 적극적인 활동과 건설적인 조언을 부탁드린다.”고 말했다.
해남군은 앞으로도 청렴군민감사관 제도를 내실 있게 운영하여 군민 의견이 행정에 폭넓게 반영될 수 있도록 하고, 군민이 공감할 수 있는 청렴행정과 적극행정을 지속적으로 실천할 계획이다.

Haenam County Builds Transparent Administration Together with Citizens
Citizen Integrity Auditors’ Meeting Strengthens Citizen-Centered Clean Governance
Haenam County held a meeting of its Citizen Integrity Auditors at the county office’s Situation Room on the 13th, sharing the achievements of county administration over the past seven years and discussing the current status and cooperation matters of the Integrity Auditor program.
The meeting was organized to share key policy achievements with citizens and to ensure the Integrity Auditor program is operated more effectively.
The session was attended by County Governor Myeong Hyun-gwan and 15 Integrity Auditors representing 14 towns and townships, where participants exchanged diverse opinions on implementing transparent governance that citizens can directly experience.
The Citizen Integrity Auditor program strengthens administrative field monitoring, proposes improvements to unreasonable systems, inspects civil service sites, and promotes a culture of integrity through public-private cooperation. Opinions raised by auditors are actively reflected in county administration, contributing to increased transparency and trust in local governance.
During the meeting, participants agreed to further strengthen cooperation with auditors and operate a practical auditor system that contributes to administrative improvements and policy development from a citizen perspective.
Auditors were also encouraged to actively cooperate in discovering exemplary cases of proactive administration. The county emphasized that Citizen Integrity Auditors are not merely overseers but partners working together with citizens to advance county governance.
Governor Myeong Hyun-gwan stated, “The Citizen Integrity Auditor program is an important system that allows citizens to directly participate in county administration, enhancing trust in government. I look forward to the auditors’ active engagement and constructive advice moving forward.”
Haenam County will continue to operate the Citizen Integrity Auditor program effectively, ensuring citizen opinions are broadly reflected in administration, and consistently practice citizen-centered integrity and proactive governance.
