해남군이 ‘2025 대한민국 공공PR대상’에 이어 ‘제15회 대한민국 SNS대상’에서 기초지자체(군) 부문 대상을 수상하며, 전국 최고 수준의 소통 행정을 입증했다.
대한민국 SNS대상은 (사)한국소셜콘텐츠진흥협회가 주관하고 과학기술정보통신부가 후원하는 전국 단위 시상으로, 공공기관과 기업의 SNS 운영 성과를 평가하는 권위 있는 상이다.
해남군은 2019년부터 7년 연속 수상(대상 5회, 최우수상 2회)이라는 기록을 세우며, 지방자치단체 중에서도 최상위권을 유지하고 있다.
특히 행정소통과 정책홍보 두 분야 모두에서 탁월한 성과를 거두며 ‘SNS 소통 선도 지자체’로 자리매김했다.
군은 공식 블로그, 페이스북, 인스타그램, 유튜브 등 4대 채널을 중심으로 정책·행정 정보부터 생활·문화 소식까지 다양한 콘텐츠를 제작하고 있다.
최근에는 MZ세대의 눈높이에 맞춘 ‘숏츠(Shorts)’ 형태의 짧은 영상 홍보물을 다수 선보이며 높은 호응을 얻고 있다.
군 관계자는 “공공PR대상과 SNS대상 수상은 군민과 함께 만들어온 소통행정이 전국적으로 인정받은 결과”라며 “앞으로도 해남의 이야기를 재미있고 공감 가게 전달하는 열린 행정을 이어가겠다.”고 말했다.

Seven consecutive years of recognition! Strengthening communication with residents through trend-driven content such as Shorts
Haenam County has proven its excellence in public communication by winning the Grand Prize in the Basic Local Government (County) category at the 15th Korea SNS Awards, following its recent success at the 2025 Korea Public PR Awards.
The Korea SNS Awards, hosted by the Korea Social Contents Promotion Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, is a prestigious nationwide award that evaluates the performance of public institutions and companies in social media operations.
Since 2019, Haenam County has maintained its position among the top-performing local governments by receiving awards for seven consecutive years — five Grand Prizes and two Excellence Awards. The county has demonstrated outstanding achievements in both administrative communication and policy promotion, solidifying its status as a leading local government in SNS communication.
Haenam operates four major official social media channels — Blog, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube — to share a wide range of content, from policy and administrative updates to lifestyle and cultural news.
Recently, the county has attracted strong engagement by producing numerous short-form video promotions (“Shorts”) that reflect current social media trends and resonate with younger audiences.
A county official said, “Winning both the Public PR Award and the Korea SNS Award is a testament to Haenam’s communicative administration built together with its residents. We will continue to promote Haenam’s stories in engaging and relatable ways through open and creative communication.”
