해남우리종합병원(병원장 김옥민)이 보건복지부 주관 ‘심뇌혈관질환 인적 네트워크 시범사업’에서 우수 평가를 받았다.
이번 시범사업은 심뇌혈관질환(뇌졸중 등) 전문의 간 협력 네트워크를 구축해 중증·응급 환자 발생 시 골든타임 내 최적의 치료를 제공하기 위한 지역 의료협력체계를 마련하는 것을 목표로 추진됐다.
해남우리종합병원은 조선대병원, 전남대병원, 목포한국병원, 순천성가롤로병원, 광주KS병원 등 주요 협력기관과 함께 전남 서남부권(해남·강진·완도·진도·장흥) 등 의료취약지역 환자들에게 신속하고 정확한 진료 서비스를 제공하며 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있다.
특히 클라우드 기반 의료서비스와 전자의무기록(EMR) 연계 솔루션을 구축해 비대면 협진 플랫폼 개발에도 참여, 진료 효율을 높이고 있다.
전남대병원 신경외과 주성필 교수를 중심으로 다수의 의료기관이 협력해 뇌출혈·뇌혈관질환 환자의 진단과 치료 효율을 향상시키며, 응급환자 치료의 골든타임 확보에 기여하고 있다.
김옥민 병원장은 “이번 사업을 통해 지역 환자들에게 보다 신속하고 전문적인 치료를 제공할 수 있게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 지역 의료기관과의 협력을 강화해 중증 뇌혈관질환 치료체계를 확립하고, 응급환자가 제때 필수진료를 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

Haenam Woori General Hospital Recognized for Excellence in the Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Human Network Pilot Project
Strengthening Its Role as a Core Institution in the Southwest Jeonnam Emergency Care Network
Haenam Woori General Hospital (Director: Kim Ok-min) has been recognized for excellence in the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Human Network Pilot Project.
The pilot project aims to establish a collaborative network among medical specialists in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as stroke) to ensure optimal treatment during the “golden time” for severe or emergency patients, building a strong regional medical cooperation system.
Haenam Woori General Hospital, in partnership with Chosun University Hospital, Chonnam National University Hospital, Mokpo Hankook Hospital, Suncheon St. Carollo Hospital, and Gwangju KS Hospital, is serving as a central hub for providing rapid and accurate medical services to patients in the southwestern region of Jeonnam—including Haenam, Gangjin, Wando, Jindo, and Jangheung—areas classified as medically underserved.
The hospital has also participated in developing a non-face-to-face consultation platform by establishing a cloud-based medical service and an integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, enhancing the efficiency of collaborative treatment.
Under the leadership of Professor Joo Sung-pil of Chonnam National University Hospital’s Department of Neurosurgery, multiple partner hospitals have improved diagnostic and treatment efficiency for patients with cerebral hemorrhage and other cerebrovascular conditions, significantly increasing the likelihood of timely emergency care.
Director Kim Ok-min stated, “This project has enabled us to provide faster and more specialized treatment to local patients,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen cooperation with regional medical institutions to establish a robust treatment system for severe cerebrovascular diseases, ensuring that emergency patients receive essential care without delay.”
