진도군은 2025년 6월 1일 기준으로 산정한 개별주택가격을 9월 30일 결정·공시하고, 열람과 이의신청 기간을 오는 10월 29일까지 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번에 공시된 개별주택가격은 2025년 1월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 신축·증축된 건물, 토지 분할·합병이 발생한 개별주택 99호를 대상으로 산정됐다.
주택의 특성 조사와 가격 산정을 거쳐, 한국부동산원의 검증 및 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 통해 최종 확정됐다.
공시된 개별주택가격은 진도군청과 읍·면사무소 민원실, 국토교통부 ‘부동산공시가격알리미(www.realtyprice.kr)’에서 확인할 수 있다.
이의신청이 있는 경우 한국부동산원의 재검증과 공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 11월 20일 조정 후 최종 공시된다.
진도군 관계자는 “주민들이 개별주택가격을 열람하고 필요한 경우 이의신청을 통해 권리를 보호할 수 있도록 안내하고 있다.”고 전했다.

Jindo County Announces 2025 Individual Housing Prices
Viewing and Objection Period Open Until October 29
Jindo County announced on September 30 the individual housing prices calculated as of June 1, 2025, and stated that the period for public viewing and filing objections will run until October 29.
The newly announced individual housing prices were determined for 99 houses where construction, extensions, or land subdivision/merger occurred between January 1 and May 31, 2025.
Following a detailed survey of the housing characteristics and price calculation, the prices were finalized through verification by the Korea Real Estate Board and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.
The announced individual housing prices can be checked at Jindo County Office, the local town or township civil service offices, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s “Real Estate Price Public Notice Portal” (www.realtyprice.kr
).
For any objections, the Korea Real Estate Board will conduct a re-verification, and the Public Announcement Committee will review the cases, with final adjusted prices to be announced on November 20.
A Jindo County official stated, “We are guiding residents to review individual housing prices and, if necessary, submit objections to protect their rights.”
