해남군이 쾌적한 보건의료 환경 조성과 에너지 효율 향상을 위해 추진 중인 그린 리모델링 사업이 마무리 단계에 들어섰다.
이번 사업은 국토교통부 공모에 선정되어 사업비의 70%를 국비로 지원받아 진행되고 있다.
준공 후 10년 이상 된 노후 건축물을 대상으로 외벽·내벽 단열 보강, 창호 교체, 고효율 LED 조명 설치 등을 통해 에너지 성능을 높이고, 평균 전기요금을 약 30% 절감할 수 있도록 개선한다.
특히 지난해 공모에서 선정된 삼호·와룡·동리·금호 보건진료소 4개소는 현재 공사가 진행 중이며, 오는 10월 말 완료를 목표로 하고 있다.
해남군은 2021년부터 2024년까지 국비 39억 6,500만 원을 확보해 총 24개소 보건기관에 대해 그린 리모델링을 완료했다.
이는 관내 전체 보건기관의 75%에 해당하는 규모다.
군 관계자는 “노후화된 의료시설의 환경을 꾸준히 개선해 에너지 효율을 높이는 동시에, 주민의 건강한 삶의 질과 이용 만족도를 향상시켜 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.

Four Public Health Facilities in Haenam to Complete ‘Green Remodeling’ by the End of October
― Selected for Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Project; 75% of Health Facilities Renovated ―
Haenam County is finalizing its Green Remodeling Project, aimed at creating a more comfortable healthcare environment and improving energy efficiency.
The project, selected through a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport competition, is supported with 70% of the budget provided by national funds.
Targeting public health facilities over 10 years old, the project includes upgrading exterior and interior insulation, replacing windows, and installing high-efficiency LED lighting to enhance energy performance, which is expected to reduce average electricity costs by approximately 30%.
The Samho, Waryong, Dongri, and Geumho health centers, selected through last year’s competition, are currently under renovation, with completion scheduled for the end of October.
From 2021 to 2024, Haenam County secured ₩3.965 billion in national funding to carry out green remodeling in a total of 24 health facilities, accounting for 75% of all public health institutions in the county.
A county official stated, “We will continue to improve the environment of aging medical facilities, increase energy efficiency, and enhance residents’ quality of life and satisfaction with healthcare services.”
