진도군이 2025년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가를 10월 30일 결정·공시하고, 오는 11월 28일까지 이의신청 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 공시는 1,550필지를 대상으로 진행되었으며, 대상 토지는 올해 1월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 분할, 합병, 지목변경 등 토지이동이 발생한 필지이다.

개별공시지가는 감정평가사의 검증과 토지소유자의 의견 청취를 거쳐 ‘진도군 부동산가격공시위원회’ 심의를 통해 최종 결정됐다.

토지 소유자는 진도군청, 읍·면사무소 민원실, 진도군 누리집, 그리고 ‘부동산공시가격알리미’에서 공시지가를 확인할 수 있다.

이의신청은 온라인(부동산공시가격알리미), 우편, 팩스, 방문 등 다양한 방법으로 가능하며, 11월 28일까지 접수해야 한다.

접수된 이의신청 토지는 토지 특성 재확인, 표준지 가격과 인근 토지와의 가격 균형 재조사 등의 절차를 거쳐 감정평가사의 검증을 받고, 12월 20일까지 처리될 예정이다.

“Check Your Land Value and Protect Your Rights!” – Jindo County Announces Individual Land Prices as of July 1, 2025, with Objection Period Until November 28
Jindo County announced on October 30 that it has finalized and published the individual land prices as of July 1, 2025, and will operate an objection period until November 28.
The announcement covers a total of 1,550 parcels of land, which experienced divisions, mergers, or changes in land category between January 1 and June 30 of this year.
The individual land prices were determined through verification by certified appraisers, feedback from landowners, and review by the Jindo County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.
Landowners can check the announced prices at Jindo County Office, township offices, the county’s official website, or through the “Real Estate Price Disclosure” portal.
Objections can be submitted online (via the Real Estate Price Disclosure portal), by mail, fax, or in person, and must be submitted by November 28.
Submitted objections will undergo re-examination of land characteristics, comparison with standard land prices and neighboring properties, followed by verification by certified appraisers, and are scheduled to be processed by December 20.
