해남군, 9월 22일부터 독감 무료 예방접종 시작

해남군은 오는 9월 22일부터 2025년 인플루엔자(독감) 무료 예방접종을 시작한다고 밝혔다.

올해부터 국가 인플루엔자 무료 예방접종 백신은 세계보건기구(WHO)가 권장하는 3가 백신으로 전환되어, A형(H1N1), A형(H3N2), B형(Victory) 등 3종류의 독감 바이러스를 예방할 수 있다.

접종 대상은 어린이, 임신부, 65세 이상 어르신 등 면역력이 취약한 군민이며, 연령별로 순차적으로 진행된다.

접종 일정은 다음과 같다.
9월 22일: 생애 첫 접종이 필요한 6개월~8세 어린이(2회 접종 필요)
9월 29일: 13세 이하 어린이 및 임신부
10월 15일: 75세 이상 어르신
10월 20일: 70~74세 어르신
10월 22일: 65세 이상 어르신
10월 27일: 보건소 및 보건지소에서 65세 이상 무료 접종과 함께 14~64세 일반 군민 대상 유료 접종(1만 원)
보건소 및 보건지소에서 접종이 가능하며, 일부 보건지소는 공중보건의사가 면별 순회진료를 진행하므로 사전에 접종 가능 날짜를 확인해야 한다.

군 관계자는 “면역력이 약한 어린이, 임신부, 65세 이상 어르신은 독감에 걸리면 폐렴 등 합병증으로 이어질 수 있으므로 반드시 예방접종을 받을 것”이라고 당부했다.

Haenam County to Begin Free Flu Vaccinations from September 22
Sequential Vaccinations Start with Children Requiring Two Doses
Haenam County announced that free influenza (flu) vaccinations for 2025 will begin on September 22.
Starting this year, the national free influenza vaccination program has switched to the WHO-recommended trivalent vaccine, which protects against three types of flu viruses: A(H1N1), A(H3N2), and B(Victoria).
The vaccination program targets children, pregnant women, and seniors aged 65 and older, who are more vulnerable to infection, and will be conducted sequentially by age group.
Vaccination schedule:
September 22: Children aged 6 months to 8 years receiving their first-ever flu shot (requires two doses)
September 29: Children up to 13 years old and pregnant women
October 15: Seniors aged 75 and older
October 20: Seniors aged 70–74
October 22: Seniors aged 65 and older
October 27: Free vaccinations for seniors 65+ and paid vaccinations (10,000 KRW) for adults aged 14–64 at health centers and branch clinics
Vaccinations are available at health centers and branch clinics. Some branch clinics operate mobile vaccination services by public health doctors, so it is recommended to check in advance for available dates.
A county official emphasized, “Children with weak immunity, pregnant women, and seniors aged 65 and older are at risk of complications such as pneumonia if infected with the flu. It is essential to receive the flu vaccination.”
